Tinker is required to comply with all public health orders and government directions (Government Directions) at both Federal and State level. This page sets out Tinker's requirements of its customers and includes frequently asked questions, which for the avoidance of doubt forms part of the terms of this Policy.

Mask Mandate
Tinker will follow all mask mandates as they occur.
Vaccine Mandate
Based on the current QLD Government Roadmap, from the 17th December 2021, where applicable according to the mandate customers will need to be fully vaccinated to attend our studios, and will be required to check in and show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status upon entry. (Different rules apply to private events over 16years of up to 12 guests)
As covid restrictions regularly change it is the responsibility of Tinker patrons to check back regularly and keep up to date with these changes before attending the studio.

Tinker must follow the Roadmap guidelines set by the QLD Government.
Where Government Directions requiring double vaccination are applicable at the time of your Event, you will be asked to provide evidence to Tinker prior to entering the studio in which the Event is being held. Tinker is awaiting advice on how to check customer vaccine status. We will keep you updated through this page with how this will affect events. The information you provide will be used and retained in accordance with Tinker’s obligations under Privacy Laws and to ensure we can produce evidence of compliance with the Government Direction if required.
Private Party/Team Building BookingsPrivate Adult Parties: in accordance with the QLD Public Health and Social Measures linked to vaccination status provided by the Government Private Adult Art Party bookings will be limited to the maximum of 12 participants if occurring with unvaccinated individuals at our Tinker City Studio.Private Kids Parties with students over 16 years of age: In accordance with the QLD Public Health and Social Measures linked to vaccination status provided by the Government Private Kids Party bookings will be limited to the maximum of 8 participants if occurring with unvaccinated individuals at our Tinker South Studio.

Tinker will comply with the Australian Consumer Law in respect of the offer of refunds or credits to you.Where you make a booking at a time when Government Directions requiring double vaccination were in force, were scheduled to be in force, or were reasonably foreseeable that they may be in force as at the time of your Event, you do so at your own risk. If you cannot attend because you do not meet the Government Directions Tinker is under no obligation to provide a refund to you.Where you make a booking at a time when Government Directions requiring double vaccination were not in force, were not scheduled to be in force or were not reasonably foreseeable to be in force as at the time of your Event and you wish to cancel your Event on the basis you cannot attend because you do not meet the Government Directions, Tinker will provide you with a credit or refund.
